Skuad 5G is not only a crew of network experts but also a group that is committed to delivering network excellence and customer satisfaction. They visit communities across the country, actively listen to customer feedback, and ensure that they are heard and actions are taken. Skuad 5G carries the word 5G as part of CelcomDigi’s positioning that drives “5G For All”.
For the uninitiated, the Skuad 5G is CelcomDigi’s very own network task force that gathers feedback from clients in order to address all their internet-related woes. In this on-going initiative, the team will be going all over Malaysia, force testing CelcomDigi’s network, engaging with customers, and listening to their feedback.
Skuad 5G is divided into three sections, each with their own set of skills and expertise that will allow them to identify and correct the problem so that CelcomDigi clients can fully realise and experience the potential of their connection.
There are three parts to a Skuad 5G team, first is the Network Squad, which is customarily filled by dedicated engineers who are committed to improving network connectivity. They will conduct on the road activity such as video calls and radio cross exchange. Next is the “Force Test”, a network expert who will test the network via extreme test scenarios. One such scenario is the team’s exploits at Taman Rimba Komanwel as well as at Sekinchan paddy fields. The team has also conducted video calls and online meetings on the road without interruptions on the way there. And, last but not least, is the “Community Engagement” expert, who will list and address complaints, and discuss issues related to network connectivity within the community. CelcomDigi has deployed 70 of its top leaders throughout the Central regions and Sekinchan, where they received hundreds of responses on the internet provider’s network quality.
