Last week, it was announced that the Huawei MatePad 11.5 S PaperMatte Edition will get its launch today. As promised, the company has launched its new tablet, with the MatePad SE 11 also making an appearance.
As already listed on its official product page, the Huawei MatePad 11.5 S PaperMatte Edition comes with 2,800 x 1,840 LCD screen, with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. Inside, it comes with a Kirin 9000WL chipset, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage space, and a 8,800mAh battery that supports 22.5W charging. It also comes with a 13MP main camera and an 8MP secondary camera.
Moving on to the Huawei MatePad SE 11, as the name suggests, this comes with a 11-inch display of Full HD resolution, but with a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 60Hz refresh rate and a 400 nit peak brightness. The company did not share what chipset it runs, though it will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. Powering it is a 7,700mAh battery, with a familiar 22.5W charging rate. For imaging, it runs an 8MP main camera and a 5MP secondary camera.
Finally, we get to their pricing and availability. Starting with the Huawei MatePad 11.5 S PaperMatte Edition, this is priced at RM2,499, with pre-orders open from today until 28 June. Get one early, and the company will throw in a list of freebies including the M-Pencil and Smart Magnetic Keyboard. As for the MatePad SE 11, this comes with a RM999 price tag, with availability starting 22 June instead. The latter has, at least at the time of writing, not yet been listed by the company on its official site or its official stores on e-commerce platforms.
