The brand known as darkFlash is perhaps not a staple in the local PC-building market, but it has somewhat of an official presence locally. So it wasn’t exactly a name that jumped out to us when we saw it at Computex 2024, but the company did have a few things it has just unveiled.
Starting from the outside, the company has darkFlash DY450L PC case. There’s a lot of glass for you to peer into the RGB rainbow you have set up on the inside. Adding to the appeal is the three dials in front that gives you direct control to said lights, from increasing cycling speed to turning them off outright. One dial also lets you control the fan speed, should you want to. But with the dials being in front, the I/O ports that you usually expect to see there has been moved to the side.
Moving inward, there’s the darkFlash DN IPS AIO liquid cooler. What makes it stand out from the rest is the fact that it has its own display, showing a handful of system information like temperature, clock speed, voltage and wattage. You get some degree of customisability here, done via the brand’s own software.
Finally, darkFlash also has the G24 PC fans. As you’d expect, these come with RGB lighting, but the bit that truly makes them special is that they stick to each other magnetically, and are powered by a set of seven pogo pins. In practice, this should reduce the number of cables needed to power them down to one.
A darkFlash representative said that these will be come available within the next two months. When pressed for availability in Malaysia specifically, while the rep said that all of the products mentioned above will be available, no prices were provided.
