A few days ago, Nothing posted a teaser of what was assumed to be the Phone (3). Now, a tipster suggests that the teaser is actually showing the Phone (1), the upcoming smartphone by its sub-brand, CMF.
According to user MlgmXyysd, the image showing off a phone with a distinctive screw purportedly contains the Phone (1) with what they dub the “Nothing Lock” — which isn’t the official name for the screw, by the way. The lock is apparently a special connector that will be present in the device, which will enable users to connect the phone to exclusive accessories that will be sold by Nothing. Some of the accessories for the lock may include support brackets and lanyards.
While official information regarding the upcoming phone is scarce, another leakster has posted what he claims to be the specs of the Phone (1). According to Technerd, the smartphone will carry the model number A015 and be fitted with a plastic frame, along with vegan leather and plastic rear panel options.
Additionally, the debut phone from CMF will sport a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate as well as thick, uniform bezels. Under the hood, it is expected to run on a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset and will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W charging.
