Unifi has officially launched UniVerse, a comprehensive suite of convergence offerings that cater to home internet, mobile, entertainment and lifestyle needs, addressing the varied requirements of modern digital customers. According to the company, its various packages are designed to enhance customer value, experience, and convenience by offering integrated fixed-mobile and fixed-content solutions that deliver significant savings, connectivity, and after-sales support.
UniVerse combines Unifi’s connectivity, entertainment and lifestyle solutions, tailored to meet the diverse demands of various customer segments. Included is the option to bundle a Unifi Home package together with a postpaid plan, Unifi TV, or a variety of smart home devices and features.
Packages offered under the UniVerse suite include the Individuals option that’s going for RM169 (RRP: RM206) for a limited time, which offers Unifi Home 300Mbps, UNI5G Postpaid 39, and a complimentary 24-month Netflix subscription. Then there’s the Families package for RM159 (RRP: RM199), which includes Unifi Home 300Mbps and Unifi TV Family Pack. The latter comes with 77 premium channels and access to six streaming apps, including HBO GO and BBC Player.
Lastly, there’s the UniVerse Smart Home premium pack, which includes a comprehensive home surveillance setup. This features a TP-Link Smart Hub with Chime, Smart Motion Sensors, Smart Door/Window Sensors, AI Home Security Wi-Fi Camera, Outdoor Security Wi-Fi Camera, and Xiaomi Smart Speaker IR Control.
Existing customers have the opportunity to upgrade their experience by adding the Smart Home package to their current plans starting from RM16.00. Meanwhile, new customers can subscribe to this package along with Unifi Home 300Mbps for RM159, a discounted rate from the normal RM176.50.
Unifi assures all UniVerse packages come with 24-hour service restoration, Easy-Fix solutions and Proactive Service Alerts via the MyUnifi app, as well as hands-on support from the Unifi Elite Crew. Further information for all available plans are available via the ISP’s official website.
