When the HONOR Magic6 was launched back in March, the company also announced a Porsche Design RSR version of the phone. But at the time, you could only buy one if you got an invitation to do so. Now, the company has announced that you will be able to find the HONOR Magic6 RSR on the shelves of selected HONOR Experience Stores this weekend.
More specifically, you’ll be able to get said special edition of the phone starting 5 May. Incidentally the brand has also announced that a new HONOR Experience Store is opening on the same day, at The Exchange TRX. So that’s an outlet to visit if you fancy yourself an HONOR Magic6 RSR of your own.
Beyond being a tad more readily available, nothing much is new about the announcement today, from its prices to its specs. But in case you missed it, the HONOR Magic6 RSR is quite similar to the Magic6 Ultimate, with a 6.8-inch OLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage space. The battery is rated at 5,600mAh, with a charging rate of 80W when plugged in, or 66W wirelessly.
The HONOR Magic6 RSR comes with a 50MP main + 50MP wide-angle + 180 periscope 2.5x zoom camera combo at the back. In front, it has a 50MP front-facing shooter in a cutout of the screen. Its price remains at an eye-watering RM7499.
