realme is set to launch a brand new pair of wireless earbuds dubbed the Buds Air 6 Pro. No doubt the successor to last year’s Buds Air 5 Pro, the audio product has made an appearance on the SIRIM database.
The Buds Air 6 Pro received SIRIM certification on 8 April 2024, listed with the model number RMA2401. These upcoming earbuds have yet to be announced by the brand, but with the recent listing, we can assume that they will be launched in the near future.
In case you’re not familiar with the Buds Air 5 Pro, they feature 11mm woofers and 6mm planar drivers for a wider frequency response range with support for LDAC, spatial audio, dual device pairing, and a low-latency mode. The earbuds also come with active noise cancellation that can drown out noise up to 50dB.
For the battery life, the Buds Air 5 Pro can last up to 11 hours on a single charge and up to 40 hours with the charging case, so we can expect the Buds Air 6 Pro to offer similar or improved usage times. On the protection side, they are rated at IPX5 for dust and water resistance.
