The Tesla Model 3 was first launched in Malaysia late last year, with the Rear-Wheel Drive and Long Range models being made available first. The Performance model was notably absent then, as it was from the teasers before the launch. Now, the brand says that you can place your orders for the Tesla Model 3 performance from its official website.
As announced by the company, the Tesla Model 3 Performance comes with updates to both the interior and exterior “to supplement the Ludicrous Mode”. For the latter, this includes badge to indicate the mode’s availability, a larger rear spoiler, and a new adaptive suspension system. The former, on the other hand, comes in the form of new front seats, once again with the Ludicrous Mode badge and carbon fibre trimmings.
For performance figures, the Tesla Model 3 Performance has a top speed of 262 km/h, a 0 to 100km/h sprint speed of 3.1 seconds, and a WLTP range of 528km. For those who want to take it to the next track, there’s also a Track Mode to tweak things like handling balance and stability controls.
The Tesla Model 3 Performance has an asking price of RM242,000. As mentioned earlier, you can place your orders for one via the company’s official website, linked below.
