In conjunction to the Nitro 14 and 16 lineup, Acer also launched the Helios Neo 14 gaming laptop. It is the brand’s 14-inch model rocking Intel’s latest 14th Gen Meteor Lake mobile processor lineup.
Specs-wise, the Neo 14 can be fitted with up to a Core Ultra 9 185H, up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 8GB discrete GPU, up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 storage, and up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM. For its display, the IPS panel measures in 14.5 inches and comes in three difference maximum resolutions: WUXGA (1920 x 1200) 120Hz, WQXGA (2560 x 1600) 120Hz, and WQXGA (3072 x 1920) and 165Hz. For connectivity, the laptop has Wi-Fi 6E and not Wi-Fi 7, which is surprising, given that Meteor Lake can technically support the latter standard.
Again, like the new Nitro series, the Helio Neo 14 will be available first in the US starting this May, with a starting SRP of US$1,799.99 (~RM8,581). At the time of writing, Acer did not specify local pricing or availability.
