For better or worse, a screen is a pretty good distraction for kids, and as a result, it becomes a useful tool for many parents. With that in mind, it probably helps if there is a device that is specifically made for that purpose in mind. Which is probably where the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Kids Edition comes in.
As the name suggests, this kid-friendly tablet comes with additional parental control features that lets parents manage screen time limits and manage access to apps like social media and games. These can be set via the Samsung Kids app, which comes pre-installed with the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Kids Edition. It also provides its own built-in browsing and curated app store, as well as educational games.
On the spec sheet side of things, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Kids Edition has a 8.7-inch 1,340 x 800 screen, a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space, with microSD card support of up to 1TB. The battery is rated at 5,100mAh. It also comes with a rear 8MP camera and a 2MP front-facing one. Overall, it’s pretty similar to the base model tablet of the series.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Kids Edition comes with an asking price of RM799, though it’s also worth noting that it also comes with LTE connectivity. It also comes with a puffy case and a Crayon Stylus, but only while stocks last. You can find out more, or even buy one, by hitting the links below.
