It seems that the naming convention for Intel’s upcoming Arrow Lake CPU lineup has been confirmed to be the Core Ultra 200 Series. Additionally, the chipmaker is also planning on refreshing its Raptor Lake-H mobile series, as part of its Core 200H lineup.
Confirmation of Arrow Lake’s name was seemingly provided by Golden Pig Upgrade, a popular hardware leakster who is popular on the Chinese social media platform, Bilibili. However, beyond the naming convention, their post doesn’t disclose any further information about the Core Ultra 200 Series’ specs.
What is known about Arrow Lake, though, is that the Series is expected to boast more cores than Meteor Lake, but will sport a similar architecture, which in turn means that Intel’s Foveros packaging technology will still be in play. Further similarities to Meteor Lake points to the processor series incorporating the same two Low-Power E-Cores cores as the current generation of mobile processors, otherwise known as the Low-Power Island.
On the subject of Raptor Lake-H being refreshed: if that news is to be believed, this would mark the second time the chipmaker has done so. Apart from Meteor Lake’s Core Ultra, the 14th Gen desktop lineup is technically a Raptor Lake Refresh, with the current HX series of mobile CPUs being refurbished versions of primarily high-end SKUs, including the 14900HX, and 14700HX.
