We’ve reported in July last year that the Starlink satellite internet service became available in the country. Though at the time, you’ll have to go through the company directly, which would then lead to some waiting time before you actually get to use it. Now, for the hardware at least, you can go through Senheng.
Now available via the Senheng website is the Starlink Standard Kit, which is priced the same as via the satellite service’s own website, at RM2,300. You can fork up the cash in a lump sum, or you can opt for up to a 36-month installment.
You can also have the Starlink Standard Kit delivered to you within three working days in Peninsular Malaysia, or between five and seven working days in East Malaysia. If you rather pick it up from a physical store, the time window for this option is between three and five working days.
Worth reiterating at this point that you’re only getting the Starlink Standard Kit, which is the hardware part of the service, this way. To actually subscribe to it, you’ll still have to do so via the official website. The price of the standard plan has not changed since the initial report, so it is still RM220 a month for unlimited data. You can hit these links to find out more about getting the kit via Senheng, or this link for the official Starlink page instead.
