Lenovo has announced that the Legion Tab, a gaming-focused tablet, will be coming to Asia and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Also known as the Legion Y700 (2023), it was launched last year in China and was exclusive to its home market until now.
The tablet sports an 8.8-inch IPS LCD display with a 2560×1600 resolution, a high refresh rate of 144Hz, and support for both Dolby Vision and HDR10. Under its chassis, the device runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of internal storage, along with a microSD card for expansion.
Keeping things cool is the brand’s Legion ColdFront technology which features an oversized vapour chamber. The back is fitted with a 13MP main camera alongside a 2MP macro lens while the front houses an 8MP snapper. Powering everything is a 6,550mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging.
It will be available in EMEA starting this month with a starting price of EUR599 (~RM3,070). As for Asia, the company has not laid out the details of pricing or availability yet, but we can expect more updates soon. That being said, it is not confirmed whether or not the tablet will be arriving at our shores.
