Garmin has announced the local launch of its new fashion-forward lineup, the Lily 2. Made up of two models, the smartwatches feature an elegant design meant to complement your ensembles as would a piece of jewellery while bringing smart features into the mix.
Both the standard and Classic models are essentially the same, with the main difference being the strap material; the former gets the standard silicon strap while the latter comes with nylon and leather options. It has an unconventional 1-inch display because it actually features patterned crystals with LCD screens that shine below them, although the panel is only able to display in greyscale instead of colour.
For protection, the lens of the Lily 2 is fitted with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and is even safe for swimming with a 5 ATM water rating. For health and fitness, it has sensors and software to track your heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and menstrual cycle, along with a built-in GPS for better accuracy when tracking your workouts. The company even claims that the fashionable smartwatch can last up to five days on a single charge.
The Lily 2 retails for RM1,290 while the Lily 2 Classic starts from RM1,450 for the nylon band and RM1,550 for the leather strap. All models can be purchased through the brand’s Shopee, Lazada, and AECO online stores as well as its retail stores.
