Tecno has officially unveiled a new mid-range smartphone dubbed the Pova 6 Pro. The phone is the first of what is expected to be a three-phone lineup, with the other two being the vanilla model and the Neo variant. The device comes with some impressive specs including a massive battery, reverse charging, and a futuristic semi-transparent design.
First off, the Pova 6 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. On the back, it has “Dynamic-Light” feature with a total of 210 LEDs with 101 lighting effects that users can choose from. Underneath the exterior is a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM.
On the imaging side, the Pova 6 Pro sports a 108MP primary unit that can do up to 10x digital zoom as well as a 2MP depth sensor, an “AI cam”, and a 32MP selfie shooter up front. Powering it is a battery with a large 6,000mAh battery with support for 70W wired charging and 10W reverse charging.
The Pova 6 Pro will debut in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and India from the end of February. Following which, it will be available in Asia and other regions, but the company has yet to announced a launch date for Malaysia.
