OnePlus has launched yet another smartphone this month, this time with an entry-level Nord N30 SE 5G. The device was recently launched in select markets, and is expected to appear in more regions in the coming weeks.
The new OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G sports a 6.72-inch LTPS LCD display with 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution. Its peak brightness, while undisclosed, is claimed to be “clearly visible even in bright sunlight.” Also onboard is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, loudspeakers, dual SIM support, and a USB-C 2.0 connector.
Under its hood is a 5G-enabled MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset, along with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. Its battery has a 5,000mAh capacity and supports 33W fast charging, allowing for a full top-up in just half an hour or so. Other than that, the phone also comes with OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13, as well as dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3 (LE) and NFC connectivity.
As for imaging, found on the back of the Nord N30 SE 5G is a dual camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary and a 2MP depth sensor. In front, an 8MP selfie camera is housed within the cutout on its display.
There’s no word whether the phone will be released in Malaysia at this time. For your reference, the OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G is slated to ship out in the UAE on 31 January 2024, priced at AED 599 (~RM771).
