As was previously shared by the brand’s Weibo account, the OnePlus Buds 3 has gotten its launch in its home market of China. With that, its official product page has appeared on the brand’s Chinese website as well, revealing more in terms of its specs.
To start, the OnePlus Buds 3 uses a dual-driver design, with an IP55 rating for the buds themselves. It comes with three mics which, alongside AI, help reduce noise during calls. Speaking of reducing noise, it also comes with dynamic ANC, which adjusts its intensity depending on your surroundings. Connectivity with your phone is done via Bluetooth 5.3. In addition to supporting basic codecs like AAC and SBC, the OnePlus Buds 3 also gets LHDC 5.0 support.
On battery life, the company claims that the OnePlus Buds 3 is capable of 10 hours of continuous audio playback, or six-and-a-half hours with ANC turned on. These figures change to 44 hours and 28 hours when the case is included into the equation. Charging is done via USB-C, and the charging time from empty to full takes about 110 minutes.
The OnePlus Buds 3 are priced in its home market at RMB500 (~RM327), which is pretty close to what the Nord Buds 2 was priced at when it got officially launched here. No word on when that’s happening for this new pair of TWS buds yet though.
