The alleged spec sheet of the Samsung Galaxy A25 has already made its way online a few months back. Things have been quiet for awhile now as far as the phone is concerned, but more materials regarding the phone have made their way online. More importantly, it has also made an appearance in the SIRIM database.
According to the listing, the Samsung Galaxy A25 comes with a model number of SM-A256E/DSN, and will have 5G added as a suffix in its official name. The listing was approved earlier this week, specifically on 4 December.
Beyond the SIRIM listing, promotional materials regarding the Samsung Galaxy A25 have appeared on the internet as well. SamInsider has shared some of these images, which look like they belong on the phone’s official Italian page. There’s also a translated spec sheet, from which we see some disparities with prior leaks.
First on the list is the display itself which, according to this new leak, is 6.5-inch AMOLED screen instead of measuring 6.44 inches. The list also mentions an eight-core processor, which matches up with the Exynos 1280, as well as a fair number of other processors.
Beyond these, the 8GB of RAM lines up, as well as the 5,000mAh battery. This latest leak also mentions 256GB of storage space, but it remains to be seen if it is the only option available. And finally, it comes with a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP rear camera combo and a 13MP front-facing shooter.
At any rate, the appearance of the Samsung Galaxy A25 in SIRIM suggests a local launch in the not-too-distant future. As to when it will happen, we’ll have to wait for an official announcement or teaser to come from the company itself.
