HONOR has quietly launched the Magic6 Lite in Europe, the first and lowest-end of the highly-anticipated Magic6 series. The pricing for the phone has not been revealed yet, but it will go on sale in the European market on 27 December with three colour options, namely Emerald Green, Sunrise Orange, and Midnight Black.
The Magic6 Lite sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with curved edges, a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also seems to be fitted with the same triple protection design of the X9b, offering enhanced durability for both the screen and the internals.
Under the hood, it runs on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset paired with a single configuration of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. For connectivity, it supports 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC. Powering everything is a large 5,300mAh battery with support for 35W wired fast charging.
The rear camera setup is made up of a 108MP main shooter alongside an underwhelming 5MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro lens, while the front houses a 16MP selfie snapper. As for the software, the Magic6 Lite ships with MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13. The brand has not officially announced a launch date for the other models in the lineup, but it is rumoured to take place sometime in January 2024.
