Samsung launched the Galaxy A14 variants quite early this year, even if they only made their way to our shores a couple of months later. With that in mind, we’re probably slightly over a month away from a sequel. That being said, it looks like the Samsung Galaxy A15 has appeared online way ahead of schedule, via US retailer Walmart.
From the listing, we also get to see what may be the spec sheet of the Samsung Galaxy A15 as well. To start, there’s the 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. The chipset is listed as a MediaTek 6835 octa-core, likely referring to a Dimensity 6100 Plus. It will likely have multiple storage capacity options, but what is listed is “up to 128GB of storage”, alongside 4GB of RAM.
The battery of the Samsung Galaxy A15 is rated at 5,000mAh with a 25W charging rate. Moving on to its cameras, this is where things get a little off. Listed is a 13MP rear camera as well as another 13MP camera in front. Chances are it’s not the complete rear camera combo listed, as it would be strange for the series to go back to only having one rear camera after having three for the current iteration.
At any rate, the listing also prices the Samsung Galaxy A15 at US$149 (~RM696). It is also listed as out of stock, as things that are not yet officially available tend to be listed as. All that being said, the listing suggests that an official unveiling for the phone is already being planned.
