Sennheiser today has launched its Accentum Wireless headphones for the Malaysian market. As you may recall, the audio product initially made its global debut in late September this year, and is revealed to boast a long-lasting battery life on top of many other onboard features.
As pointed out in our previous coverage, the new Accentum Wireless bears a strong resemblance to Sennheiser’s Momentum 4 headset in terms of design. The only difference being the lack of fabric around the headband, thus giving it a more casual look. Making a return on this model are the swivels that allow you to rotate each earcup horizontally and vertically, ensuring a comfortable fit around your head.
Equipped on the new headphones are 37mm drivers on each side, dual microphones, and a battery which Sennheiser claims is able to provide up to 50 hours of music playback on a single charge. Speaking of which, charging is done through a USB cable where it is said to take approximately three hours for a full charge, while a quick 10 minute top-up will allow for up to five hours of playback. Optionally, you can also use the device like a conventional pair of wired headsets by utilising the included USB-C cable.
Features-wise, the Accentum Wireless boasts custom-tuned ANC that blocks most external sounds, aptX HD codec support, and Bluetooth 5.2 with multipoint connectivity. Also onboard is a 5 Band equaliser that can be customised to your personal preferences via Sennheiser’s Smart Control app for mobile devices.
The new Sennheiser Accentum Wireless is available now for RM999, and comes in either white or black colourways. Those interested can purchase the headphones via the brand’s official online stores on Shopee and Lazada.
