CMF, the affordable sub-brand announced by Nothing, has officially confirmed a launch date for it to debut its first set of products. It will be unveiling its products on 26 September, presumably in India as the company already revealed the availability of its devices in the country.
Not much else has been confirmed by Nothing other than CMF working on launching a smartwatch and a pair of earbuds. However, weeks after the announcement by CEO Carl Pei, a massive leak revealed three devices from the brand.
If the leak is to be believed, CMF will be debuting with the Watch Pro which will sport a 1.96-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 600 nits and a 50Hz refresh rate. Made of aluniminium alloy, it will provide 110 sports modes, a heart rate monitor, a blood oxygen sensor, Bluetooth 5.3 calling with noise reduction, IP68 dust and water resistance, built-in GPS, and a 13-day battery life.
Meanwhile, the alleged Buds Pro will feature 45dB ANC, 11 hours of use on a single charge without ANC, 10mm dynamic drivers, anti-wind noise cancellation, 3.5 hours of usage with 10 minutes of charging, and IP54 certification. Last but not least, CMF will apparently be selling a 65W GaN charger that will support USB PD 3.0 and Qualcomm QuickCharge 4.0+.
As for the pricing, the Watch Pro will reportedly retail internationally for US$69 (~RM322) while the earbuds and charger will be sold in India for INR3,500 (~RM197) and INR3,000 (~RM169) respectively. There’s no word yet on whether CMF will be making its way here, but we know it will also be available globally as its website has an international page alongside the Indian page.
