While the details are still being kept under wraps by Tecno, another image of the rumoured Phantom V Flip has emerged. The company launched its first foldable, the Phantom V Fold, earlier this year and just last week, a flip phone under the brand was spotted in the database of the Google Play Console.
The image was tweeted by prominent leakster Paras Guglani, who claimed back in July that the Phantom V Flip would be coming in Q4 of 2023. If it’s to be believed, the image in question showcases a rendering of the foldable being held in its closed state along with a small, circular cover display that’s in use.

Around the cover display seems to be two camera lenses as well as a circular flash module. The phone itself looks to have a carbon fibre-like texture. Images of the phone purportedly surfaced way back in May, although it was assumed that it would be named the Phantom V Yoga.
According to reports, the Phantom V Flip will feature a 6.75-inch 1080p foldable AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8050 chipset with a 4,000mAh battery and 66W charging. It will apparently be equipped with a 64MP main camera on the back alongside a 13MP ultra-wide lens, while the front will house a 32MP selfie shooter.
