The Infinix Zero 30 has been launched for the global market as the successor to last year’s Zero 20, with significant upgrades and a focus on selfies. It runs on XOS 13 based on Android 13 and is sandwiched between two Samsung sensors.
It sports a curved 6.78-inch 1080P AMOLED display with a high refresh rate of 144Hz and a peak brightness of 950 nits. Inside, the phone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset with 256GB of storage and up to 12GB of RAM. For protection, it has an IP53 rating for dust and water resistance, as well as Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the screen.
On the photography side, the Zero 30 is equipped with a triple-camera rear setup on the back with a 108MP primary camera with OIS, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor, while the front houses a 50MP selfie shooter with autofocus and can shoot up to 4K. It is powered by a 5,000mAh cell with support for 68W charging.
The Zero 30 starts from INR23,999 (~RM1,350) in India for the base model, which is available in three colour options. It is unknown whether the phone will make its way here, but the brand promoted the global launch on its Facebook page, so that could be a hint of a future local release.
