The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro was recently teased alongside special screen tech that allowed it to be used as normal even when wet. A few days after the fact, the phone got its official reveal in its home market of China, and now we know more about what the phone has to offer beyond its special screen tech.
And it looks like there’s quite a lot to the phone than one might imagine. To start, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has a 6.74-inch 2,772 x 1,240 AMOLED 120Hz screen, which features the aforementioned screen tech. For its chipset, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, putting it in the running against the brand’s other flagship devices.
RAM choices are where things get a bit much, since choices include 12GB and 16GB, as well as a mad 24GB option. Storage options that pair with those options are 256GB, 512GB and 1TB, respectively. The battery is one that’s rated at 5,000mAh, but it supports a very rapid charging rate of 150W using the SuperVooc tech that it shares with sister company OPPO.
Then for cameras, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro comes with 50MP main + 8MP secondary + 2MP depth sensor triple camera combo. There is also the 16MP front-facing shooter sitting in its own punch-hole cutout.
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is priced in its home market at CNY2,999 (~RM1,906), CNY3,399 (~RM2,160) and CNY3,999 (~RM2,542) for the 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB and 24GB + 1TB configurations, respectively. No word on when these will be available in other markets, including ours, just yet.
