Amazfit has finally brought over the new Cheetah Pro smartwatch, the higher-end model of the Cheetah (Round) released earlier this month. For an extra RM400, the more premium variant comes with better build quality, a slightly bigger screen, and built-in speakers.
The Cheetah Pro sports a 1.45-inch 480×480 AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and an anti-fingerprint coating. It is rated for 5 ATM water resistance, has a crown for control, and is equipped with built-in GPS and a titanium alloy bezel. Oddly enough, it has Wi-Fi support but uses Bluetooth 5.0 whereas the Round variant has Bluetooth 5.3.
It has all the bells and whistles for health and fitness including sensors to track your heart rate, stress levels, blood-oxygen saturation, sleep, and so on while offering over 150 sports modes as well as the AI Zepp Coach. For battery life, the Cheetah Pro can last up to 14 days with normal usage and up to 45 days in clock mode.
The Cheetah Pro is available on the brand’s Shopee and Lazada stores for RM1,399. As for the Zepp Coach feature, the company previously said in a statement for the Cheetah series’ launch that it will have a free demo period before transitioning to a subscription-based service, although it did not give any detail regarding.
