HONOR has officially brought over the HONOR 90 series to the Malaysian market. The lineup consists of the standard 90 as well as the 90 Lite, with the Pro version missing from the local launch.
HONOR 90
The HONOR 90 sports a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition 5G chipset with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
For photography, the phone features a 1/1.4-inch 200MP main camera alongside a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor, as well as a 50MP selfie shooter up front. Powering the phone is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 66W charging.
HONOR 90 Lite
The 90 Lite has a similar-sized 6.7-inch display but uses an IPS LCD panel instead with a 1080p resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
On the back, it is packed with a 100MP main camera, 5MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro lens while the front cutout houses a 16MP sensor. Moreover, it uses a 4,500mAh battery with support for 22.5W charging.
Both phones will be available starting from 22 July on the brand’s Shopee and Lazada stores as well as authorised stores. The HONOR 90 is priced at RM1,799 for the base variant with 256GB of storage and RM2,099 for the 512GB model, while the 90 Lite is going for RM1,099.
As an early bird promo, those who purchase the 90 on 22 July will receive RM150 in e-wallet credit as well as the Earbuds X5. On the other hand, early 90 Lite purchases get a RM50 e-wallet credit and the Earbuds X3 Lite.
