Infinix has added yet another device to its Note 30 lineup, this time offering up the Note 30 VIP. This phone tops the series in terms of specs, bringing in the company’s All-Round FastCharge technology as well as wireless charging for a very affordable price.
The Infinix Note 30 VIP sports a 6.67-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 900 nit, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz. It is equipped with an under-display fingerprint scanner and for protection, it has a dust and water resistance rating of IP53.
Internally, the mid-ranger runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8050 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM with the option of 9GB of additional virtual RAM and 256GB of internal storage as well as a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 2TB. For connectivity, it supports 5G, NFC, an unspecified Bluetooth version, Wi-Fi 6, and even a 3.5mm audio jack.
For photography, the Infinix Note 30 VIP features a 108MP primary camera along with two unspecified 2MP sensors and a 32MP selfie shooter up front. Other features include JBL stereo speaker and Ultra Powerful Signal for improved signal strength. It ships with Android 13 with the brand’s XOS skin.
The battery is where it gets interesting as it offers a lot of premium features for a product at this price point. Powered by a 5,000mAh battery, it supports 68W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and reverse charging for both wired and wireless with PD 3.0 compatibility. What’s more, it has bypass charging to directly power the phone while keeping the battery cool.
Pricing-wise, the Infinix Note 30 VIP retails for US$299 (~RM1,380) and is available in Magic Black and Glacier Blue colour options. As of now, the company has yet to reveal if the phone will be making its way to Malaysia.
