OPPO has unveiled the latest update to the Reno lineup in China, the Reno10 series. It is made up of three smartphones and two of them come with relatively high-end specs using last-gen top-tier chipsets.
OPPO Reno10 Pro Plus
First up, we have the Reno10 Pro Plus, the top offering that sports a 10-bit 6.74-inch 2772×1240 OLED with an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. It runs on last year’s Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC from Qualcomm with 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage along with the custom MariSilicon X imaging chip.
The Pro Plus features three cameras on the back consisting of a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 64MP periscope telephoto sensor with OIS and 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For the battery, it has a 4,700mAh capacity with 100W fast charging.

The Reno10 Pro has a matching display with the Pro Plus and shares many of the same specs and designs, but there are some notable differences. For one thing, it uses the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset instead of Qualcomm, but it retains the MariSilicon X chip with 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
Similarly, it carries a three-camera rear setup with a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, but the telephoto has been downgraded to 32MP with no OIS. Battery-wise, it has a slightly smaller 4,600mAh capacity but still supports 100W charging.

The vanilla Reno10 is fitted with a 6.7-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz resolution. It runs on a more modest Snapdragon 778G chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, but it lacks the brand’s in-house NPU.
As for the camera setup on the back, it has a 64MP main shooter, a 32MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens; all three phones in the lineup house a 32MP selfie snapper up front. It is powered by a 4,600mAh battery with a slower charging speed of 80W.
The starting prices for the series are CNY2,499 (~RM1,625) for the Reno10, CNY2,899 (~RM1,886) for the 10 Pro, and CNY4,299 (~RM2,797) for the 10 Pro Plus. As of now, it’s still uncertain whether OPPO plans on bringing the lineup to the international market.
