ASUS ROG Flow Z13 Gets A RM12999 ACRONYM Limited Edition

Only 14 units available in Malaysia.

ASUS brought this year’s edition of the ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet to the country this month, with the item being priced at RM8999. To close out the month, the company is now announcing a limited edition version of the gaming tablet. This is done in conjunction with German apparel brand ACRONYM.

So what exactly are you getting with the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 ACRONYM edition? In terms of specs, it is very similar to the base model, but with two notable upgrades. Where the vanilla gaming tablet comes armed with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050, this limited edition version has an RTX 4070 instead. RAM has also been pushed from 16GB to 32GB. Beyond that, you can expect the familiar 13.4-inch IPS QHD+ 16:10 screen with its 165Hz refresh rate, the 13th-gen Intel Core i9-13900H processor, 1TB of M.2 SSD storage and the 56Wh battery with 130W charging.

That being said though, on the outside is where the bulk of the difference between the base ASUS ROG Flow Z13 and the ACRONYM edition lies. To start, this gets a carrying system, including a strap, integrated into the body, as well as rubber holds to improve grip. The corners are also reinforced to reduce fall and bump damage, with the reinforced bits also getting its own striking look to it. The keyboard and screen cover combo also gets some extra visual flair, with some of the keys that are most-frequently used in gaming getting highlighted.

Being a limited edition version, the company says that there are only 14 units of the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 ACRONYM edition gaming tablet for the local market. They are available starting today for RM12999, which is an eye-watering price tag to be sure, but this actually sounds more reasonable compared to the pieces of clothing that the apparel brand sells.
