TM will be adding new devices to the Smart Device Bundle program for Unifi next month, according to a brochure that has been circulating online. Interestingly, one of them is the Sony PlayStation 5.
Together with Lenovo Tab M10 Plus, these devices will be joining other existing products in the bundle program such as ASUS Expertbook 14-inch laptop and 60-inch Sharp Aquos 4K Android TV. Also available from the bundle offer are a 50-inch 4K Android TV and 42-inch Full HD TV which also came from Sharp.
The brochure noted that customers will be able to get their hands on the PS5 Digital Edition which as you may know, does not come with a disc drive. Based on the imagery above, the console will come in the form of the God of War Ragnarok Bundle which also includes a game code and a standard DualSense Wireless Controller.
The brochure also noted that the PS5 can be obtained as part of the Unifi All-In-One Plan with 800Mbps fibre access. According to another section of the brochure, this particular plan will be offered at RM404 per month which also includes Unifi Plus Box, Wi-Fi mesh, Unifi TV Ultimate Pack, and UNI5G Postpaid 65 mobile plan.
To add PS5 into the place, there should be an additional fee considering the existing nature of the Unifi Home Fibre Smart Device program. However, we could not find any information regarding the PS5 bundle on Unifi’s website at the time this article is published.
Prior to this, Maxis has been offering PS5 Digital Edition as part of its Home Fibre bundle since 2021. At first, the console was exclusive to the 800Mbps plan but has since been made available to 300Mbps and 500Mbps plans as well.
We are now working to obtain more information from Unifi regarding this bundle. While our previous experience showed that TM is quite reluctant to respond to questions regarding their future plans and products, we will keep you updated once we receive further information.
Thanks to Idzhar@OG for the tips!
(UPDATE – 21 Feb / 9:00 PM):
While TM has yet to respond to our queries regarding its upcoming Unifi PS5 bundle, a reply from its customer service agent on Twitter has pretty much confirmed the offering:

That is the closest we have to an official confirmation so far. Given that we are already at the tail end of February, expect further announcement to be made by TM very soon.
