It’s been close to a year since Samsung launched its Galaxy Z Flip 3 foldable phone which was revealed at its annual Unpacked event, meaning that the launch of a Z Flip 4 is imminent. As luck would have it, 3D renders of the alleged device have leaked and…it doesn’t actually look all that different.
The leaked renders of the Z Flip 4 were posted online by prominent leakster Steve Hemmerstoffer via 91Mobiles and they honestly look like a mirror image of the Z Flip 3. According to Hemmerstoffer, the phone still sports the same 6.7-inch foldable display, with only its dimensions seemingly the only disseminating factor between the two.
For context, the upcoming Z Flip 4 will reportedly have measurements of 165.1 x 71.9 x 7.2mm, while the current Z Flip 3, when unfolded, measures in at 166 x 72.2 x 6.9mm.
Beyond that, every other aspect of the Z Flip 4 are, once again, spitting images of its predecessor: the same dual main camera module, even the secondary display that was installed right next to it as well. Having said that, it is only fair to assume that Samsung will be making some changes and improvements to the phone’s fixtures and fitting. Although, what sort of changes they’re going to be is anybody’s guess at this point.
As it goes with all rumours, the usual consumption of sodium is highly recommended, at least until an official announcement is made by Samsung, or until the next rumour with solid details comes around.
