Netflix has been gradually adding more mobile games to its subscription service as bonuses. The streaming platform is adding three more to the list, including one FPS title.
First on the list is a game called This Is A True Story. This game is made by Frosty Pop in collaboration with the Charity: Water non-profit organisation. The premise is simple: a Sub-Saharan African woman’s daily struggle to get water for her family. Other elements include surviving windstorms and even catching poachers. The true story part of this is the fact that the game was made using information gained by interviewing several women from Sub-Saharan African countries.
Then there’s Shatter Remastered, which is a game that’s inspired by retro brick-breaking games, or pioneered by Breakout. The original game was released back in 2009, and for the PS3. It’s a game to try out if you like brick-breakers with power-ups and even boss battles.
And finally, there’s the FPS title Into The Dead 2: Unleashed. Imagine Dying Light, but without the parkour, and a lot more shooting, and that pretty much sums up this game.
This Is A True Story and Shatter Remastered are immediately available to Netflix subscribers on their Android and iOS devices. Into The Dead 2: Unleashed is coming soon, but the streaming platform did not provide a date as to when exactly.
