Personal hygiene and the need to sanitise has become ever more crucial due to the pandemic. Realising this, tech giant LG introduced its latest audio product, the TONE Free Wireless UV Earbuds, which not only offers an astounding sound performance but also a feature that is rarely found in other similar devices: self-cleaning technology. Specifically, it comes with the brand’s acclaimed UVnano technology that is also equipped on its other hygiene-focused appliances!
According to LG, the included charging case of the new LG TONE Free Wireless UV Earbuds is capable of killing up to 99.9% of bacteria which may cause ear infections and are often on ear tips and lodged in the speaker mesh. Cleaning both buds is simple, where all you have to do is place them in the case, close the lid, and let the interior invisible UV light work its magic! What’s more, the self-cleaning process only takes 5 minutes and then you’re ready to go with a pair of freshly cleaned earbuds!
Besides keeping your earbuds clean all the time, the LG TONE Free Wireless UV Earbuds also offers crystal clear high quality sounds for a remarkable music-listening experience. Thanks to its onboard Meridian Audio technology, the earbuds are capable of delivering a lifelike soundstage as though you are witnessing the performance in person! On top of that, it is also equipped with a larger, more advanced driver as well as a diaphragm with added silicone edging to allow more movement and flexibility so that a more powerful bass can be produced without compromising on clarity and definition. In fact, you may forget you’re wearing earbuds!
