Huawei unveiled its MatePad Paper tablet last month, as part of the MWC 2022 event. But it looks like the company has something else lined up for the local market. The company has put up a couple of teasers on Twitter, with a launch coming as soon as tomorrow.
In total, Huawei Malaysia has put up three teasers, one each day since the start of March. Being the nature of teasers, the company is being vague about what exactly it will be launching tomorrow. The clips themselves show a small portion of the device, which is presumably a smartphone. More specifically, it actually looks a lot like the Nova 9.

With that in mind, it’s possible that the company will be launching the Huawei Nova 9 SE tomorrow. According to WinFuture, it will be the first phone by the brand to sport a 108MP camera. This main unit will be accompanied by an 8MP wide angle shooter, and two 2MP cameras, one for macro shots and the other being a depth sensor. It will also reportedly come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage space, and a 4000mAh battery.
Whether or not the launch will indeed involve the Huawei Nova 9 SE remains to be seen. But since it’s happening tomorrow, it won’t be long before we find out.
