TWS buds these days come with cases that also act as their dedicated power banks. But what if there was a pair of TWS buds that had an actual power bank as its case? Because that’s what the LinearFlux HyperSonic 360 is.
As the name suggests, LinearFlux claims that the HyperSonic 360 can give you a total of 360 hours of battery life. Not sure why anyone would need that kind of battery life. And to achieve that, the charging case – if you could call it that – is basically a power bank. And it is of that size and shape, complete with a screen that presumably tells you the remaining charge in it.
To top it off, LinearFlux says that the case is a magnetic charger that supports Apple’s MagSafe. The company rates the capacity as 29Wh, and claims that it can recharge a smartphone by 50% of its battery in 25 minutes.
As for the buds themselves, the LinearFlux HyperSonic 360 has an IPX6 rating, and supports what the company calls “Hyper Definition Spatial Engine”. Which is a long name for an implementation of spatial audio. They cost US$139.99 (~RM594). This should not be setting any expectations for sound quality, not only because of its price, but because of the many things it claims to do. Surprisingly enough, LinearFlux ships to Malaysia.
