The Uncharted series is one PlayStation exclusive that you’d think will never leave the platform. But with Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves, this looks set to change. Naughty Dog has announced that this will not only be available on the PS5, but PC as well.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves remasters and bundles Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, into one. The former is canonically the last entry of the series, at least the last one featuring series protagonist Nathan Drake. The latter serves as a side story featuring Chloe Frazer, previously a secondary character, as the star of the show.
As mentioned earlier, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves is coming to both PS5 and PC. The PlayStation console will be getting it in early 2022, with no exact dates provided just yet. Naughty Dog says that the PC version is being developed by Iron Galaxy, and will be released shortly after the PS5 version.
This marks the first time the Uncharted series has been available outside of a PlayStation console. But with the two newest entries making the move, it remains to be seen if the earlier Nathan Drake Collection, featuring the first three games of the series, will be making a similar move at any point in the future.
