Far Cry 6 is slightly over a month away from release. For those who are looking forward to playing it on PC, you’d probably have asked yourself the old question of “can my PC run it?” Ubisoft has released the official system requirements for the game, and it looks to be not too demanding. Provided of course you’re not too demanding on framerates.
You can check out the sort of experience you can get corresponding to your setup from the table Ubisoft provided. Bottom line is, if you have 8GB of RAM, and an Intel Core i5-4460 or AM Ryzen 3 1200 CPU, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon RX 460 GPU, then you’ll be able to play the game at Hull HD and 30fps. It’s pretty generous if you’re willing to play Far Cry 6 at low settings.
Here is everything you'll need to know about the PC specs to best experience #FarCry6.

Naturally, for anything better, the minimum required hardware goes up. One common element here is that, at anything better than Full HD at 30fps, you’ll need at least 16GB of RAM. The game itself also takes up 60GB of space at all levels, plus an additional 37GB for optional HD textures.
This is normally the part where I say something along the lines of get your upgrades in before the game gets released. Though all things considered with the ongoing chip shortage, that’s understandably not easy to do. Once again, Far Cry 6 is set to release on 7 October.
