Since the launch of AMD’s Radeon RX 6000 series GPU lineup, the internet is rife with speculation over what the brand’s next graphics card, the entry-level RX 6600XT, will look like and when it will launch. While an image of its back was initially leaked, a new render of the card’s front, along with its cooler shroud has leaked.
The leaked render is the clearest look at the 6600XT we’ve gotten to date and in true AMD tradition, the card still sports the same silver and black cooler shroud, complete with the Radeon logo and red accent that highlight the spine of the card. Also as expected, the render shows the card using a single-fan configuration, further indicating its entry-level status in the lineup.
What isn’t clearly visible within the 6600XT render is the single 8-PIN PCIe port that is typically found at the edge, but thanks to Videocardz, we know that the card is there.
Both the 6600XT and non-XT model are expected to be powered by the Navi 23 version of AMD’s RDNA2 GPU architecture. Specs-wise, the 6600XT will reportedly have 8GB GDDR6 of graphics memory, 2048 Stream Processors, and a 128-bit memory bus. Interestingly enough, it is also believed that the card will come with three different TGP configurations: 65W, 80W, and 90W.
