We’ve officially stepped into the month of July, and PlayStation Asia has announced the free games PS Plus subscribers are getting this month. It’s not the most exciting of games, but it’s quite the interesting combination.
First up is the PS5 title of the month, A Plague Tale: Innocence. The game was first released back in 2019, and is overall quite well received. Making things a little special is that the day you can claim this game via PS Plus is also the day it gets its official PS5 and Xbox Series X release.
Look sharp brawlers, your July PS Plus games are here.

Next in line is Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. This title blurs the line between it’s usual Black Ops subseries and the more futuristic Advanced / Infinite Warfare line. Because of this, you do get a bit more traversal options like wall running, though for some reason this is restricted to the singleplayer campaign.
Rounding up this month’s free PS Plus games is WWE 2K Battlegrounds. It’s a more cartoony, arcady version of the usual, yearly release. But as with many of 2K Games’ recent releases, it is plagued with microtransactions.
If you haven’t claimed the free PS Plus games for June, you’ll have until 5 July to do so. This new batch of free games will come in the day after, from 6 July until 2 August 2021.
