Its been three years since it last appeared in the market, Razer has decided to bring back the Blade 14 gaming laptop once again. Interestingly, it came back with the reputation as the first-ever Razer gaming laptop to be powered by an AMD Ryzen processor.
As you might be able to guess from its name, the 2021 Blade 14 is equipped with a 14-inch display and powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor. In Malaysia, it comes with a QHD 165Hz panel as standard with graphics option of either NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 or RTX 3080.
Regardless of your graphics option, the Blade 14 is equipped with 16GB DDR-3200 RAM and a 1TB solid state drive by default. The same goes for its 61.6Whr battery that delivers up to 12 hours of battery life and is being paired together with a 230W power adapter.
With a thickness of 16.8mm, the 1.78kg 2021 Blade 14 also comes with aluminium chassis and Razer Chroma RGB keyboard just like other models in the family. Razer also pointed out that the laptop’s keyboard has anti-ghosting capability and 1.1mm actuation height.
Price-wise, the RTX 3070-based variant of Blade 14 goes for RM 9,999 while the beefier RTX 3080 model is listed at RM 12,999. Both variants can now be pre-ordered through Razer’s official store on Lazada and Shopee which will be delivered to customers starting from 4 July 2021 onwards.
