TM has issued an alert that customers subscribed to Unifi within Bandar Sri Damansara may experience a disruption, due to a cut fibre cable. Specifically, damage to the cable was caused by some construction work being done by a third-party construction company in the area.
At the time of writing, TM says that it has already restored Unifi service to half of the affected Unifi customers, while it is working as fast as it can to get service back to full service for the remaining customers. So, if you’re living in Bandar Sri Damansara and it just so happens you’re are one of the affected parties, hang tight and do be patient.
