If you’ve been waiting to get Android 11 and the new One UI 3 on your Samsung device, there’s some good news. The Korean tech giant has announced its release schedule for the new mobile operating system for its devices.
Naturally, the most recent flagships, that is the Samsung Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series of devices are the earliest to be getting the update. This is then followed by last year’s flagships, and finally the company’s range of midrange devices from the A and M line. Though one surprising omission here is the Galaxy S20 FE and the S10e.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 series of devices will be getting the Android 11 One UI 3 update this month. This is then followed by the Note 20 line, and both the S10 and Note10 lines in January 2021. This also includes the Z Flip and Z Fold 2. But surprisingly, Note 10 Lite will only be getting the update later in March.
If you own a Samsung Galaxy A, M, or select Tab devices, then you’ll have to wait a lot longer. If you’re lucky, your device will get the update in March. Otherwise, you could be waiting until August.
