As a long-time telco partner of Apple, it goes without saying Maxis would not be missing out of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Series pre-order train that has just begun in Malaysia last night. Just like previous years, customers have several ways to obtain the 2020 iPhone models through the telco including the well-known Zerolution’s instalment scheme.
The 24-month scheme allows customers to obtain these new phones with no upfront payment and 0% interest rate. However, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models are currently only available through the normal Zerolution scheme which doesn’t come with an annual upgrade option as per Zerolution360 scheme.
Through Zerolution, the iPhone 12 mini can be obtained from RM 110 per month onwards while the larger iPhone 12 starts at RM 128. For iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, they carry a starting monthly fee of RM 167 and RM 182, respectively.
Alternatively, Maxis subscribers choose the normal 24-month postpaid contract which would allow them to obtain the new iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models at a lower price. Through this option, the iPhone 12 mini can be purchased for RM 1736 onwards while it would also reduce the iPhone 12 starting price to RM 2191.
On another hand, the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max price under the postpaid contract would start at RM 3100 and RM 3463, respectively. For more in-depth details, head on to Maxis official website right here.
