Popular video conferencing platform Zoom has launched the new OnZoom service via its public beta. In a recent blog post by the company, they announced that the new service will simplify how users deliver virtual events, reach new audiences, and engage customers.
The OnZoom service is an online events platform and marketplace to help business owners, entrepreneurs, and organisations continue offering their services to all customers amidst the global pandemic. Additionally, it also provides paid Zoom users an opportunity to host and earn while organising events via the Zoom Meetings platform.
The monetisation features embedded into the new OnZoom service provides businesses and entrepreneurs with the ability to schedule and host events, list and sell tickets, promote public events through email and social media, as well as an opportunity to reach new audiences. Alternatively, users can also log in to their OnZoom account to join an event and search the events directory, among other features.
