Chinese graphics card manufacturer, Colorful, recently announced the availability of its iGAME 3rd party GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards in Malaysia. Naturally, the list includes custom-cooled variants of NVIDIA’s recently launched RTX 3080 and an RTX 3090.
For those of you seeking out a GeForce RTX 3080, Colorful has a total of four SKUs to choose from, starting with a simple, non-branded (NB) model, the Ultra OC, Advanced, and Vulcan OC. The main difference between the four cards lies in their clock speeds; both the NB and Advanced sport the default base and boost clocks of the GeForce RTX 3090, while the Ultra OC and Vulcan OC have increased base clocks of 1440MHz. But varying boost clocks of 1755MHz and 1800MHz, respectively.
There are also some obvious aesthetic difference between all four cards, but it is the Vulcan OC that stands above the rest with a multi-function LCD display built into its spine, along with some spatterings of RGB LED strips.
As for the RTX 3090, it seems that the only model that Colorful is bringing its Advanced model for now. The card features the brand’s Silver Shark 3.0 cooling solution, along with RGB LEDs built into it.
Colorful’s iGAME GeForce RTX 30 Series cards are already available at all authorised PC retailers in Malaysia, provided that said shops still have stocks of the card. Pricing for the RTX 3080 models start from RM3199 for the NB, RM3299 for the Ultra OC, RM3399 for Advanced, and RM3999 for the Vulcan OC. As the RTX 3090 Advanced, the card will retail with an SRP of RM7399.
