Samsung today has announced that its next Galaxy Unpacked event will be taking place on 5 August. Instead of having a physical on-ground event, the Korean tech giant will be holding the second Unpacked for 2020 online.
The move to have the event online is something that has been expected by many due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the teaser that the company posted today, it seems quite certain that we will be seeing the Galaxy Note 20 at the event.
In fact, the colour of the pen and ink drop in the teaser image as well as video are identical to the device below that was accidentally posted on Samsung Russia and Ukraine’s website. After all, the timing of the event is in line with the traditional launch date for the Galaxy Note device.
Based on the information that we have heard through the rumour mill, the Galaxy Note 20 might carry Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus and 120Hz display alongside new functionalities for S-Pen. Naturally, we will be tuning in to the launch event, so keep a look for more details about Samsung’s next-gen Galaxy Note and other devices that might be revealed over there on 5 August.
