Grab has announced that its GrabMart service will now adopt Instant Retail, which aims to provide users with deliveries within 30 minutes. It added that this move would also help consumers to shop for their daily retail needs conveniently and safely in this “new normal” within the period of the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO).
The company said that it had expanded its range of partners to include more retail stores and SMEs in order to achieve faster and efficient deliveries to its users. On top of that, GrabMart’s expansion into Instant Retail also aims to help more local businesses to embrace digitalisation and the digital economy. A move that is in line with the government’s upcoming Shop Malaysia Online initiative.
Grab stated that it has more than 120,000 delivery partners nationwide at this current time. The company is also ensuring users that it is consistently optimising its technology to improve the delivery efficiency.
In conjunction with the launch of Instant Retail, Grab is offering 20-percent off as an introductory offer to GrabMart users.
