Until the Galaxy Watch Active and Active2 from last year, Samsung smartwatches have featured a physical rotating bezel. With the upcoming model, it looks like the physical rotating bezels may be making a comeback.
Sources to SamMobile have claimed as much, stating that the upcoming model will have a physical rotating bezel. And for now, the only known ones are the ones from the recent US FCC filing. Unless details on other models suddenly show up, these are likely the ones that will have the physical rotating bezels.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch models in question were noted to come in two sizes, 45mm and 41mm. Both will have two different variants, with one supporting LTE, and the other being limited to WiFi and Bluetooth. Not much else on their spec sheet has been revealed for now.
Unless Samsung announces them on their own, it’s likely that these Galaxy Watch models will be unveiled alongside the Galaxy Note 20. The online event is expected to be the debut stage for the Galaxy Fold 2 as well, making it quite the packed event. But if the new smartwatches are indeed going to be revealed then, it means two more months before we learn more about them.
