Like the year before, OPPO seems like they’re not pulling any stops when it comes to the Reno series of smartphones. Before you know it, the company had already set plans to release the fourth iteration of the device in 2020.
Promotional posters showcasing the Reno4 was initially leaked prior to OPPO’s official unveiling in China. The promo materials that were uploaded on Weibo gave us a glimpse of the smartphone’s rear design, revealing its camera setup and a curious “Reno Glow” branding on its rear case.
Not long after, the company then released the official promotional materials of the Reno4 on Weibo as well. Thus confirming the imminent reveal of the smartphone that was suggested by the leaks, and also showcasing two available colour choices; red and blue.
The Reno4 appears to sport a quad-camera setup housed in a rounded-rectangular camera island; with three large protruding lenses, and a sneaky smaller one on the bottom row. Details regarding the cameras are unknown for now, and the same can be said for the rest of the phone’s specifications.
It’s also worth noting that one of the leaked promotional materials suggests that the upcoming smartphone will have 5G capability, supports 65W fast charging, and includes a Super Night Mode video feature. Seeing that OPPO has begun marketing the smartphone, it’s expected that the official launch for Reno4 will be held sometime soon.
